INTRODUCTION TO PILATES Learn the basic techniques about Pilates through exercises on the mat and reformer. You will then be taken through a workout on the mat and reformer illustrating these basic techniques. This introduction to pilates may be done either on Saturdays at 11:30am during our Introductory class or as a private session through our New Client Special.

INTRODUCTION TO PILATES PLUS 3 PRIVATE SESSIONS. This gift includes the INTRODUCTION TO PILATES plus three (3) private, individual sessions. Sessions are tailored to your needs and goals taking into account your weaknesses, strengths, injuries and any other concerns you may have. Note: This particular package may be used once per client as it is the equivalent to our New Client Special.
