Rates. Once payment of classes has been received you'll be given credits for you classes and classes may be booked

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Intro class is 60 minutes in length. Class introduces the basic techniques and principles of Pilates such as breathing, pelvic position, neck position through exercises on both the mat and reformer. Participants are introduced to the reformer both how it works and how to use it and set it up to suit their body. Participants are then put through a workout on both the mat and reformer introducing the basics of each. Muscle firing patterns are also introduced and demonstrated. Open to new first time clients to the studio only.
Intro class is scheduled on Saturday mornings at 11:30am. Tuesday, January 17, 6pm. (Please check periodically for additional dates and times.)

Reformer** classes are 60 minute classes entirely on the reformer. Participants will be placed through a whole body workout on the reformer working on muscular endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility and muscle toning. All levels are welcome in these classes as classes are small and exercises can be modified to challenge every level of fitness.
Mat classes are 60 minute classes entirely on the mat. Participants will be placed through a whole body workout on the mat. Props such as the foam roller, flex bands, stability ball, fitness circle and toning balls may be used. All levels are welcome in these classes as classes are small and exercises can be modified to challenge every level of fitness.
Mat/Reformer** classes are 60 minute classes incorporating 30 mins of exercises on the mat and 30 minutes of exercises on the reformer. Many props such as the foam roller, Stability ball, flex bands, fitness circles, toning balls and arc barrels may be used. All levels and experiences welcome.

We strongly encourage new clients wishing to take group reformer classes to come in for an introductory session on the reformer.
